Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Fenty Beauty purchase, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
